Welcome to the web site of Long Ago & Far Away. We are a Vermont Gallery featuring Canadian Inuit Art, Native Alaskan Art, Native American Art, and Vermont Arts and Crafts, and have been located in the same converted classic New England house since 1986.

       Our selection of indigenous art comes from the entire North American Continent, but we have focused on a few special areas from our wide and varied inventory for this website. In this site, you will find pages on Canadian Inuit Stone Sculpture, Alaskan Sculpture, and Iroquois Sculpture, as well as pages featuring specific artists represented at our retail gallery.        We are pleased to represent the jewelry of Alaskan artists DENISE and DAWN WALLACE and to once again host a special exhibit and sale of their jewelry at this fall. Their creations are always in demand, and we try to stock a limited group of previously sold pieces on our web for your viewing pleasure. We have a long list of customers looking for her older work - if you have a piece you'd consider parting with, be sure to let us know.
