RETURNS

    Our intent is that all sales bring you the utmost in satisfaction. Our longstanding policy is that the customer has 15 days from the date of purchase to return a product for a full refund (or store credit). Please take advantage of this time period to get to know everything you can about your new purchase.  After the 15 day time period has expired, please expect us to be as accommodating as possible in resolving any problems - our business relies heavily on repeat customers!

To Whom It May Concern:

Manitou Enterprises, Inc, d/b/a/ Long Ago & Far Away provides a 15-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except Special Order or Special Exhibit items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us by e-mail (sales@LongAgoAndFarAway.com) or by phone (802-362-3435) prior to shipping the item back to us. Special Order items may be eligible for return authorization, with a restocking fee, at our discretion.

Return items must be returned in new, resalable condition. Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of sale at our Retail Gallery, Long Ago & Far Away, P.O. Box 809, 4963 Main Street, Manchester Center, Vermont 05255. We are not responsible for return freight, and will not accept COD shipments, except in cases where we predetermine that the return is due to our error.

DAMAGES

    KEEP THE PACKING MATERIALS!  (without the packing, an insurance claim is very difficult). If your new purchase is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately so that we can begin the appropriate procedures with our insurance company and the carrier. In most cases, it is not a good idea to attempt any repairs on your own. Call us and we'll go over the information with you.

    If you damage any product we sell, please be aware that we have the ability to have it professionally repaired. Contact Grant or Betsy for more information.
