Made from a soft soapstone, this carving is of a mother bear swimming with her babies on her back. Carved by Pitsulak Pinguatuk, from Kangiqsujuaq, Nunavik, this is one of our favorite new pieces in the store. The bears all have tons of personality in their faces – they seem to be having a blast! We hope you like this carving as much as we do!
