This piece was made by Cape Dorset artist Mangituk Kellypalik around 1998. It is a sculpture of a hawk shaman, each side of the piece representing a spirit, and the entire piece representing those two spirits as they come together. Standing nineteen inches tall, this piece is quite remarkable!
