This piece was made around 1997 by the late artist, Elijah Michael, from the Kimmirut community. It stands tall, at twenty and a half inches, and depicts an Inuit man standing and drumming, setting the rhythm of his dance with the drumbeat. We are honored to be carrying a piece of Elijah’s legacy, and this drummer is no exception to his eye and to his talent!
