Quill Box by Marina Recollet (Anishinaabe)

Lovely oval box with center star and side fans. There is a beautiful detail of braided sweetgrass surrounding the star. Patterns on the smooth sided top and bottom of the box.  Marina Recollet was one of the Masters of this art/craft form and it shows in every detail of this box.  The colors are pretty great, too.
